nPOD Genetic Data Resources
nPOD provides comprehensive genetic data for its donor cohort, enabling genotype-based sample requests and the study of novel genotype–phenotype associations.
Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) Data
Sequencing done on Illumina Novaseq. 6000 (Illumina, CA, USA) platform. Available for 207* donors
* New WES dataset for 380 additional donors coming soon
How to Access:
- nPOD Data Portal Genetics tab, via link to dbGaP
- Directly from dbGaP: Genomic Data Archive from nPOD (via authorized access)

Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) Data
Genotyping of 985,971 loci using the custom UFDIchip13 array, based on the Axiom™ Precision Medicine Research Array (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Includes all ImmunoChip v2 content and known T1D risk variants as well as dense coverage of the HLA region for accurate 4-digit haplotype imputation.
How to Access: Submit requests for data of specific SNPs using this Request Form
